摘要 涂装智能化制造系统(MES)作为一种自动控制执行系统是智能工厂构建过程中不可或缺的技术之一,可有效地强化过程管理和控制,达到精细化管理目的。随着涂装生产模式的转变及智能化涂装的推进,使得MES软件的重要性日益增加。以涂装智能化制造系统软件的应用及功能为基础进行研究,分析涂装MES系统的整体结构和网络构建方案,对计划排程、智能监控、设备监控等系统功能模块进行了详细阐述,为完善涂装企业数字化设计能力,实现产品和制造过程的标准化和自动化提供参考。 As an automatic control execution system,coating intelligent manufacturing system(MES) is one of the indispensable technologies in the construction of intelligent factory.It can effectively strengthen process management and control and achieve the purpose of fine management.It can effectively strengthen process management and control and achieve the purpose of refined management.With the transformation of coating production mode and the advancement of intelligent coating,the importance of coating intelligent manufacturing system(MES) software is increasing.Based on the application and function of coating intelligent manufacturing system software,the overall structure and network construction scheme of coating MES system were analyzed,and the system functional modules such as planning and scheduling,intelligent monitoring and equipment monitoring were described in detail,which a reference was provided for improving the digital design ability of coating enterprises and realizing the standardization and automation of products and manufacturing process.
