摘要 生产生活过程产生的有机废气通常为成分复杂的有毒、有害、易燃、易爆气体,对人类身体健康和生态环境造成危害,需得到有效治理。由于固态颗粒和水蒸气的影响,传统的有机废气吸附回收方式容易堵塞吸附孔或吸附体,降低了废气处理效率,提高了系统维护成本。设计了一种多通道净化回收复合式有机废气处理系统,采用旋风分离、碱液清洗、低温除湿、吸附过滤净化方式,可对有机废气中固态颗粒、酸性气体、水溶性有机气体、水蒸气和非水溶性有机气体进行逐级过滤,有效提升净化效果。低温装置通过吸热翅片、半导体制冷片、吸热块和散热块的组合可实现有机废气吸附前的充分除湿。吸附系统中设置双套净化回收通道,使两个净化床进行周期性废气吸附和自清洗,可有效提高有机废气的吸附效率和设备自动化管理水平。将该系统应用于动物研究实验室废气处理,主要成分甲醛有效去除率达到82.3%,浓度降至0.178 mg/m;以下,符合环境空气质量标准。 The organic waste gases produced in the process of production and life are usually toxic,harmful,flammable and explosive with complex components,which are harmful to human health and ecological environment and needs to be effectively treated.Due to the influence of solid particles and water vapor,the traditional adsorption and recovery methods are easy to block the adsorption hole or adsorbent,which reducing the waste gas treatment efficiency and improving the system maintenance cost.A multi-channel purification and recovery compound organic waste gas treatment system was designed.With methods of cyclone separation,alkali liquor cleaning,low-temperature dehumidification and adsorption filtration purification methods,solid particles,acid gas,water-soluble organic gas,water vapor and non-water-soluble organic gas in organic waste gas could be filtered step by step by the system,and the purification effect could be improved effectively.By combination of endothermic fins,semiconductor refrigeration fins,endothermic blocks and heat dissipation blocks,the organic waste gas could be fully dehumidify by the low-temperature device before adsorption.Two sets of purification and recovery channels were seted in the adsorption system to enable the two purification beds to carry out periodic waste gas adsorption and self-cleaning,which could effectively improve the adsorption efficiency of organic waste gas and the automatic management level of the equipment.The system was applied to the waste gas treatment of animal research laboratory.The effective removal rate of main component formaldehyde reached 82.3%and the concentration decreased to below 0.178 mg/m;,which met the ambientair quality standard.
