Design and Application of Portable Hydraulic Cylinder Maintenance Support

为了解决海上平台基座式起重机的变幅液压缸发生故障后,现场无法得到快速、妥善检修的难题;从工作原理和结构进行深入分析,设计研究了一种便携式海上平台基座式起重机的液压缸检修支架。便携式液压缸检修支架包括至少2个相同前支架和至少2个相同后支架;前支架包括前支架底板、万向脚轮、调节柱总成,调节柱总成上部连接前支架承托架总成;后支架包括后支架底板、后支架万向脚轮、后支架承托架总成、后支架压紧装置等。便携式液压缸检修支架的研究,成功克服了海上平台现场无法检修液压缸的多种限制,得到了广泛的应用,大大提高现场维修的施工效率,节约维修成本,提高施工安全性。

In order to solve the problem that the luffing hydraulic cylinder of offshore platform pedestal crane can not be repaired quickly and properly on site after failure,the design and research of a portable hydraulic cylinder maintenance support for offshore platform pedestal crane were introduced.The portable hydraulic cylinder maintenance support includes at least two identical front supports and at least two identical rear supports;the front bracket comprises a front bracket bottom plate,a universal caster and an adjusting column assembly,and the upper part of the adjusting column assembly is connected with the front bracket bracket assembly.The rear bracket includes rear bracket bottom plate,rear bracket universal caster,rear bracket bracket assembly,rear bracket pressing device,etc.The research of portable hydraulic cylinder maintenance support successfully overcomes various limitations of the offshore platform site can not repair the hydraulic cylinder,has been widely used,greatly improves the construction efficiency of the site maintenance,saves the maintenance cost,and improves the construction safety.
