摘要
天线副反射面是卡塞格伦抛物面天线系统中的重要组成部分,而副面支撑结构在固定副反射面的准确位置中承担了不可或缺的作用。原有的副面支撑结构加工和装配工艺均较为复杂,费时费力。通过三维建模软件设计了一种加工简单、安装方便的副面支撑结构,并运用有限元分析软件,对其进行力学分析与计算。结果表明,新设计的副面支撑结构各项指标均满足使用需求;同时,优化设计后的副面支撑结构不仅在加工和装配工艺方面较原有结构大大简化,也减少了零部件的种类和数量。该副面支撑结构已成功应用于多台套的天线中,工作状态良好。
The sub reflector is an important part of the Cassegrain parabolic antenna system,and the supporting structure of the sub reflector plays an indispensable role in fixing the accurate position of the sub reflector.The processing and assembly technology of the original supporting structure of the sub reflector is complex and time-consuming.A kind of supporting structure with simple processing and convenient installation was designed by using 3 D modeling software,and mechanical analysis and calculation were carried out by using finite element analysis software.The results show that all indexes of the new supporting structure meet the use requirements.Meanwhile,the optimized structure processing and assembly process is greatly simplified compared with the original structure,reducing the type and number of parts.The optimized supporting structure of the antenna sub reflector has been applied to multiple sets of antennas and works well.
