摘要
主要研究了FANUC0I-F系统数控机床采用模拟主轴的硬件连接和模拟主轴PLC控制程序的编制,改进和实现了数控设备使用不同的操作方式对模拟主轴进行调速的控制方法。针对使用模拟主轴数控机床的优点,确定了使用模拟主轴数控机床的硬件构成。从使用模拟主轴数控机床信号的定义、手动与自动工作方式下主轴正转、反转方向和停止进行控制程序设计。根据主轴加速和减速信号的组合原理,讲解了使用倍率开关调整主轴加减速度的PLC程序的编制和改进设计后使用按键开关调整主轴加减速度的PLC程序的编制。经过对模拟主轴PLC程序的编制与设计,实现了倍率开关和按键开关对模拟主轴进行调速的功能。
The FANUCOI-F system numerical control machine tool adopting the simulation spindle hardware connection and the simulation spindle PLC control program compilation were studied.The control method of the numerical control equipment using different operation modes to adjust the simulation spindle speed was improved and realized.According to the advantages of using analog spindle CNC machine tools,the hardware structure of using analog spindle CNC machine tools was determined.The control program was designed from the definition of analog spindle NC machine tool signal,spindle forward rotation,reverse direction and stop under manual and automatic working mode.According to the combination principle of spindle acceleration and deceleration signals,the preparation and improvement of PLC program for adjusting spindle acceleration and deceleration by using multiple switch were explained.After the design,the preparation of PLC program for adjusting spindle acceleration and deceleration by using key switch was explained.Through the programming and design of PLC program of analog spindle,the speed regulation function of analog spindle is realized by multiple switch and key switch.
