摘要
佩戴口罩是目前人民群众预防新型冠状病毒的主要途径之一,口罩生产设备的质量直接关系到口罩的产能、质量和生产安全。介绍了新冠疫情以来口罩机行业的现状,并结合全自动平面口罩机的结构特点,对其使用性能和机械安全的质量状况进行分析;指出在使用性能方面,主要存在口罩片滚切不齐、多切、少切、斜切、鼓形切边、波浪切边及耳带错焊、漏焊、耳带纠缠等问题;在机械安全方面主要存在不符合机械安全通用标准的情况;同时分析了造成这些问题的主要原因并提出了改进建议。为口罩机行业的生产提供借鉴和参考,以提高这类设备的整体质量水平。
Wearing masks is one of the main ways for the masses to prevent New Coronavirus.The quality of the mask production equipment was related to the productivity,quality and safety of the mask.The present situation of the mask machine industry in COVID-19 was introduced comprehensively,and the quality of its performance and mechanical safety was analyzed according to the structural characteristics of the automatic flat mask machine.It was pointed out that in terms of service performance,there were mainly some problems,such as uneven rolling cutting,more cutting,less cutting,oblique cutting,drum cutting,wave cutting,wrong welding,missing welding and entanglement of ear belt.In terms of mechanical safety,there were mainly cases that did not meet the general standards of mechanical safety.At the same time,the main causes of these problems were analyzed and improvement suggestions were put forward.It provides reference for the production of mask machine industry,so as to improve the overall quality level of this kind of equipment.
