摘要
电梯运行安全事关人民群众的根本利益,电梯限速器安全钳是电梯运行系统中的重要部件。限速器常见的有摆锤式和离心式两种,阐述了电梯限速器安全钳的工作原理,通过检测轿厢的运行速度,并根据速度判定来决定限速器的是否动作。分析了限速器-安全钳的检验流程;针对检验中遇到的两个案例进行分析,案例一限速器故障是由于限速器日常使用时产生了变形以及部件的缺失导致的限速器-安全钳联动试验失效;案例二则是日常检验时最常见的,限速器楔块磨损导致限速器上的钢丝绳无法可靠被夹紧在限速器上,钢丝绳无法制动,从而导致安全钳连杆机构无法可靠提起并将轿厢制停在导轨上。通过对案例分析,为后期检验工作提供参考。
Elevator operation safety is related to the fundamental interests of the people.Elevator speed governor safety gear is an important part of elevator operation system.There are two common types of speed governor:pendulum type and centrifugal type.The working principle of elevator speed governor safety gear was summarized.Whether the speed governor acts or not is determined by detecting the running speed of the car and judging the speed.The inspection process of speed governor safety gear was analyzed.Two cases encountered in the inspection were analyzed.Case 1 was the failure of the speed governor safety gear linkage test due to the deformation of the speed governor during daily use and the lack of components.Case 2 was the most common case during daily inspection.The wedge of the speed governor was worn,which made the steel wire rope on the speed governor unable to be reliably clamped on the speed governor and the steel wire rope unable to brake,so that the connecting rod mechanism of the safety gear could not be reliably lifted and the lift car can be stopped on the guide rail.Through the case analysis,it provides a reference for the later inspection work.
