摘要
从新技术、新业态的涌现到新消费的扩展,从新就业、新产业的创造到数字化的发展,中国经济出现了一系列新特点、新趋势、新机遇的新经济模式。新产业数字经济的迅猛发展需要数字技能人才的支撑。分析数字技能发展对人才的新要求和挑战、对构建中的职业技能等级评价提出更高新要求,提出我国职业技能等级应创新性构建适应数字经济发展的数字技能人才评价模式,通过行业技术研发应用主体建立更加市场化的评价标准和产业链的贯通,广泛开展人才评价,引导和提升从业人员的数字技能及数字素养,弥补数字技能劳动力供需缺口,探索数字技能类职业专业人才培养的新举措,促进数字经济时代新职业教育和培训评价的高质量发展。
From the emergence of new technologies and new business formats to the expansion of new consumption,from the creation of new jobs and new industries to the development of digitalization,a series of new economic models with new characteristics,new trends,and new opportunities have emerged in the Chinese economy.The rapid development of the digital economy in new industries requires the support of digital skilled talents.The new requirements and challenges of digital skills development for talents were analyzed,higher and new requirements for the evaluation of the ccupation skills in the construction were put forward.It is proposed that occupation skills should be innovatively constructed to adapt to the development of the digital economy,through the development of industry technology.The application entity establishes more market-oriented evaluation standards and the integration of the industry chain,conducts extensive talent evaluation,guides and improves the digital skills and digital literacy of employees,fills up the gap in the supply and demand of digital skills labor,and explores new measures for training professional professionals in digital skills,to promote the high-quality development of new occupation education and training evaluation in the digital economy era.
