摘要
天然气作为清洁能源受到青睐,致使LNG接收站项目的建设逐年增多,LNG储罐作为接收站的核心部分,其安全运行及实时监测显得更加重要。其中罐表系统对于实时监测储罐的液位、温度和密度等重要参数起到了重要作用,并为操作人员及时调整相关参数设置提供依据。为了能够独立自主完成典型罐表设备的调试工作,基于01146型一体化测量仪表的说明书、厂家指导手册,并结合LNG储罐调试工作,完成对罐表系统的调试,总结、精炼出典型罐表设备的调试方法。常用罐表主要安装于LNG储罐之上,根据指令跟踪液位或到达指定液位,进行数据采集分析,可以检测整个罐温度、密度分布,为预知分层和翻滚提供基础数据。常规储罐一般配有3套及以上液位测量系统,可通过选取液位、温度参数对储罐进行相关逻辑连锁联动,防止储罐由于液位和温度的过高过低造成LNG翻滚风险。
Natural gas is favored as a clean energy,resulting in the construction of LNG terminal projects increasing year by year.As the core part of the terminal,the safe operation and real-time monitoring of LNG storage tank are more important.The tank meter system plays an important role in real-time monitoring important parameters such as liquid level,temperature and density of the tank,and provides a basis for operators to adjust relevant parameter settings in time.In order to independently complete the commissioning of typical tank meter equipment,the commissioning of tank meter system was completed based on the manual and manufacturer’s instruction manual of 01146 integrated measuring instrument,combined with the commissioning of LNG storage tank,and the commissioning methods of typical tank meter equipment were summarized and refined.The common tank meter is mainly installed on the LNG tank.It can track the liquid level or reach the specified liquid level according to the instruction for data acquisition and analysis.It can detect the temperature and density distribution of the whole tank and provide basic data for predicting stratification and tumbling.Conventional storage tanks are generally equipped with three or more sets of liquid level measurement systems,which can carry out relevant logic interlocking and linkage on the storage tank by selecting liquid level and temperature parameters to prevent LNG rollover risk caused by too high and too low liquid level and temperature.
