摘要
热障涂层(TBCs)能有效提高航空发动机和燃气轮机的工作温度和使用寿命。目前应用最为广泛的热障涂层材料为氧化钇部分稳定氧化锆(YSZ),该热障涂层材料在工作环境温度高于1 200℃时,YSZ陶瓷本身会发生相变,造成结合力下降,甚至剥落,严重影响发动机的使用寿命和可靠性。综述了新型热障涂层材料的研究现状,介绍了在传统YSZ中掺杂稀土氧化物、双陶瓷结构热障涂层,烧绿石或萤石结构材料、磁铅石矿结构化合物以及新型黏结层材料的研究进展和发展方向,并论述了热障涂层制备,最后对热障涂层材料的发展进行了展望。
Thermal barrier coatings(TBCs) can improve the working temperature and service life of aero engine and gas turbine.At present,the most widely used thermal barrier coating material is yttrium partially stabilized zirconia(YSZ),the thermal barrier coating material in the working environment temperature is higher than 1 200℃,YSZ ceramics itself will undergo phase change,resulting in the decline of binding force,or even peeling,seriously affecting the service life and reliability of the engine.The research status of new type of thermal barrier coating material were summarized.The research progress and development direction of doping rare earth oxide,double ceramic thermal barrier coating,pyrochlore or fluorite structural materials,magnetite structural compounds and new bonding layer materials in traditional YSZ were introduced.The preparation of thermal barrier coating was discussed.Finally,the development of thermal barrier coating materials was prospected.
