我国高校大学生创新创业执行成效的现状分析--基于四所大学的实证研究

An Analysis on the Current Situation of the Implementation Effect of Innovation and Entrepreneurship of College Students in China:Based on Empirical Studies of Four Universities

高校“双创”政策的落实执行是带动高校创新创业的重要环节。通过对浙江大学、黑龙江大学、南京大学、温州大学四所高校的创新创业政策执行情况进行实证调研,发现目前创新创业政策在各高校的落实执行过程中仍存在大学生自主创新创业意识不强、“双创”政策获取途径单一、了解程度较浅、资金技术缺乏等问题。基于四所高校的实际,可从完善“双创”课程,提高教师水平;建立激励政策,带动“双创”活力;加大扶持力度,深入平台合作三方面促进高校创新创业政策的有效执行。

The implementation of“innovation and entrepreneurship”policy is an important link to promote innovation and entrepreneurship in colleges and universities.This paper makes empirical researches on the implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship policy in Zhejiang University,Heilongjiang University,Nanjing University and Wenzhou University.It is found that there are still some problems in the implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship policy in colleges and universities,such as college students’poor awareness of independent innovation and entrepreneurship,single access to innovation and entrepreneurship policy,shallow understanding of it,and lack of financial and technical support.Based on the practical experience of the four universities,this paper believes that innovation and entrepreneurship policy can be effectively implemented from three aspects:improving the innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum and the teaching level,establishing the incentive policies to drive the vitality of innovation and entrepreneurship,adding support and deepening platform cooperation.
