摘要
当前医学院校公共事业管理专业课程的开设与讲授存在着设置不合理、内容较陈旧、形式较单一、效果不理想等问题,因此,在“金课”背景下按照“两性一度”标准进行教学改革,更有利于培养具有较高综合素养的创新型专业人才。从优化课程设置、整合教学内容、构建立体化教学模式、形成多样化考评方式四个方面探究医学院校公共事业管理课程的教学改革路径,力图打造具有高阶性、创新性和挑战度的公共事业管理专业课程,实现高质量的人才培养目标。
At present,in the establishment and teaching of Public Administration courses in medical colleges and universities,problems such as unreasonable setting,older content,single form and less ideal effect have appeared.Therefore,in the context of“Golden Course”in accordance with the standard of“High-level,Innovation and Challenge”,teaching reform is conducive to the training of innovative professionals with highly comprehensive competencies.This paper explores the teaching reform paths of Public Administration courses in medical colleges and universities from four aspects:optimizing curriculum,integrating teaching content,constructing a stereo teaching model and forming diversified evaluation model in order to build a public administration professional curriculum with higher order,innovation and challenge and achieve the goal of high-quality personnel training.
