问题引导教学法在“医学遗传学”课程中的应用探索

Exploration of the Application of Problem-guided Teaching Method in the Course of Medical Genetics

医学高校对于医学人才的培养,要求其不仅充分了解相关理论知识,而且具备分析和解决实际问题的能力。在“医学遗传学”的教学过程中,由于传统的课堂教学模式单一、枯燥等多方面因素,导致学生的课堂参与度普遍较低。教师在“医学遗传学”教学过程中运用问题引导教学法,在课堂教学中引入遗传病例分析的同时,鼓励学生在课前、课中和课后围绕课堂的教学内容主动提出问题、参与思考和讨论,从而调动学生的学习积极性和课堂参与度,有效提高教学质量和效率。

The cultivation of medical talents in hospitals and colleges requires medical students not only to fully understand the relevant theoretical knowledge,but also to have the ability to analyze and solve practical problems.In the teaching process of Medical Genetics course,students’participation in class is generally low due to many factors,such as the single and boring traditional teaching model.In the teaching process of Medical Genetics course,the problem-guided teaching method is adopted,the genetic case analysis is introduced into the classroom teaching,and the students are encouraged to actively put forward questions and to participate in the discussion about the teaching content before,during and after class,which can fully mobilize students’learning enthusiasm and class participation,so as to effectively improve the teaching quality and efficiency.
