基于适性教育分层次混合式高职教学模式研究

摘要 适性教育就是根据学习者的差异性有选择地进行教育。在高职教学中,学生在很多方面都存在比较大的差异,而传统课堂“一刀切”的教学方式,已满足不了学生个性化学习的需求。通过研究学生的个性差异,采用“分层次、混合式”教学,从而解决不同层次学生之间的教与学的矛盾,避免中下游的学生因学不懂而“消化不良”、上游学生因需要学习新知识而“吃不饱”的现象,尽可能地激发不同层次学生的积极性,真正实现“因材施教”“因势利导”和“人尽其才”。 Adaptable education is to carry out education selectively according to the different learners.In the teaching of higher vocational colleges,we find that students are quite different in many aspects,and the traditional“one size fits all”teaching method cannot meet the needs of students’personalized learning.The purpose of this study is to solve the contradictions between teaching and learning among the students at different levels by way of studying the students’personal differences,and adopting the teaching method of“gradation and mixture”so as to avoid the“indigestion”of the students at middle and lower levels because they don’t know how to learn.And a t the same time,we should meet the needs of the better students who learn new knowledge and“have not enough to eat”.Besides,it is possible to stimulate the enthusiasm of students at different levels,that is,“teaching students according to their aptitudes”“guiding students according to their circumstances”and“making the best of their talents”.
