新工科背景下研究生创新能力培养模式探究 被引量:14

摘要 新工科建设背景下,需要构建高校体制建设与创新培养的思路,实施未来研究生人才的创新培养。国内综合性大学在研究生自主创新能力培养方面存在缺乏自主创新意识、跨学科培养力度不够、人才培养“重理论、轻实践”等问题。通过综合分析研究生在主动科研训练思维、综合实践能力、团队协作能力三个方面应具备的核心素质,提出研究生工科教育应立足于创新培养模式与理念、丰富科研创新平台、加强学科和导师队伍建设,加快培养具有较高综合素质且富有科研创新能力的时代新人。 Under the background of Emerging Engineering Education construction,it is necessary to construct the ideas of university system construction and innovative training,and implement the innovative training of future postgraduate talents.Now there exist some problems in the cultivation of postgraduate students’independent innovation ability in domestic universities,such as the lack of independent innovation consciousness,the lack of interdisciplinary training,and the“emphasis on theory rather than practice”in the talent cultivation.Through the comprehensive analysis of the postgraduate student research training in active thinking,comprehensive practical ability,and team cooperation ability that should be had in the core qualities,we put forward the suggestions that the postgraduate engineering education should be based on innovation training model and ideas,and scientific research platforms should be enriched,the construction of disciplines and teacher teams should be strengthened,the cultivation of comprehensive quality and scientific research innovation ability should be speeded up in the new era.
