摘要
针对某金属/陶瓷功能梯度材料压力容器进行温度载荷及内压载荷耦合作用下的有限元分析,研究其应力强度及三向应力分布情况,并与常规均一材料压力容器进行对比。同时,基于控制变量法,分析弹性模量梯度参数、热膨胀系数梯度参数、导热系数梯度参数对筒体结构三向应力的影响。为高温高压条件下层合压力容器的设计提供参考。
The functionally gradient materials for metal/ceramic composited pressure vessels subjected to finite element analysis under both temperature load and internal pressure load to study the stress intensity and three-dimensional stress distribution.The analysis result is compared with the that of conventional pressure vessels made with only one type of materials.The effect of the gradient parameters of elastic modules,thermal expansion and thermal conductivity on the threedimensional stress is analyzed by using the control variable method.The analysis result provides reference for future design of composite pressure vessels under elevated temperature and pressure condition.
