摘要
根据轧机机架的受力特点和几何对称性,建立轧机机架的参数化模型,对机架进行静力学分析,得到机架的应力分布及变形情况。利用优化设计模块中基于响应面的优化方法,通过设定目标函数及约束条件,对机架立柱的截面尺寸进行优化,找到最优的设计点,该方法可为高性能轧机的设计优化提供参考。
The parametric model of mill housings established with the stress condition and geometric symmetry is used for static analysis of mill housings to obtain the stress distribution and deformation.The objective function and constraint conditions are set by using the response surface-based optimization function in the optimization design module to optimize the cross-sectional dimensions of the posts of mill housings in order to find out the optimal design point.This method can be referenced for optimized design of high performance rolling mills.
