摘要
针对多孔Inconel 625合金在亚临界环境中的腐蚀行为,分析其合金元素在氧化层中的分布及氧化腐蚀机制。结果表明,虽然多孔Inconel 625合金在亚临界环境中的腐蚀速率较低,但由于氧化物填补原有的孔隙,无法形成连续的水膜,导致材料存在失效的风险。
The distribution of alloy elements of porous Inconel 625 in the oxide layer and the oxidation corrosion mechanism have been analyzed in order to reveal the corrosion behavior under subcritical condition.The result tells that although porous Inconel 635 alloy enjoys low corrosion rate under subcritical condition,the failure risk still exits because the filling of oxides in the voids interferes continuous water film to form on the alloy.
