摘要
细长孔加工是一种在半封闭或者全封闭状态下进行加工的技术,在加工过程中,操作人员不能直接观察刀具,切屑排除较为困难,极易出现堵塞的情况。同时,加工过程中,刀具极易出现振动、偏斜等问题,从而导致加工精度及表面粗糙度较差。针对某蒸发器管板件上8000个φ19.28 mm×565 mm的深孔,提出有效的加工工艺方案。
Slender holes are made normally under semi-closed or full-closed condition.During the machining,operators can not observe directly the working condition of cutters and scraps can clog holes easily because the small space inside holes makes it difficult to discharge scraps.In addition,the vibration and skew of cutters that occur easily during the machining result in poor machining accuracy and surface finish.In order to overcome those difficulties,an effective machining solution is proposed for making 8000 deep holesφ19.28 mm×565 mm on a tube sheet of a stream generator.
