超低温奥氏体不锈钢焊条电弧焊工艺评定试验

摘要 采用全奥氏体不锈钢E310焊条在40 mm厚304LN不锈钢母材上进行电弧焊工艺评定试验,焊后经过570℃×1 h消除应力热处理和3次循环的-196℃深冷处理,通过无损检测和性能试验,-196℃冲击功50 J以上,评定结果合格,解决焊接接头超低温韧性薄弱的问题。通过评定试验,为某低温项目不锈钢材料的选择、焊接工艺、热处理工艺等提供参考。 An arc welding procedure qualification test has been carried out with E310 full-austenitic stainless steel electrodes on a 40 mm thick 304LN base plate.After welding,the plate subjected to the heat treatment at 570℃for 1 hour and three cycles of subzero treatment at-196℃.The non-destructive test and mechanical test say that the test plate has impact energy of 50J and above at-196℃.The welding procedure is successful in the qualification test and can be used to solve the problem about the low toughness of welded joints at ultra-low temperature.
