摘要
动平衡检测作为一项精密技术,去重的角度及去重量的精确度极为重要。对于气泵转子等非标准件,很多情况下去重位置和去重量难以满足工艺要求。通过研究非标准件的质量的属性,利用自动控制系统找到满足工艺要求的精确去重位置,最后利用角度仪和伺服电机配合,实现自动、精确动平衡检测。
Weight removal angle and precision are essential for high-precision dynamic-balance testers.For non-standard parts,such as pneumatic pumps and rotors,the weight removal position and value can not meet the process requirement in many cases.Based on the analysis of the mass property of non-standard parts,an automatic control system has been developed to find the exact weight removal position as required by processes.The control system works together with angle meters and servo motors to perform automatic and accurate dynamic balance test.
