Research on the Conceptual Reform and Regulation Innovation of Economic Law in the Era of Big Data

随着国内经济的日渐发展与科技的不断进步,互联网和大数据已被广泛应用于人们的日常生活与工作中,给国内社会的多样化管理带来极大挑战,并推动了经济法理念与规制的革新。基于大数据时代背景下,先进全面的经济法观念对我国社会发展及市场规模扩大发挥着重要作用,与此同时,还能为共享经济时代的来临提供强有力的保障,提高群众对智能化、现代化管理的接纳与认可,从而构建和谐友善的法治社会。本文对经济法理念含义进行解读,明确大数据时代下经济法面临的挑战,分析经济法理念变革的意义,而后总结出经济法规制具体的创新路径,以供参考。

With the development of domestic economy and the continuous progress of science and technology,the Internet and big data have been widely used in people’s daily life and work,bringing great challenges to the diversified management of domestic society,and promoting the innovation of economic law concept and regulation.Based on big data era,the advanced comprehensive concept of economic law plays an important role in social development of China and the market scale,at the same time,can also provide a strong guarantee for the advent of the era of sharing economy,improve the masses’acceptance and recognition of intelligent and modern management,so as to build a harmonious and friendly society under the rule of law.This paper interprets the meaning of economic law,clarifies the challenges faced by economic law in the era of big data,analyzes the significance of the conceptual reform of economic law,and then summarizes the specific innovation paths of economic law regulation for reference.
