胎儿大脑中动脉多普勒血流频谱在评估胎儿宫内异常中的临床价值 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨胎儿大脑中动脉多普勒血流频谱检测胎儿宫内异常的临床价值。方法选取226例我院检查的孕妇作为研究对象,按照其检查结果分为高危妊娠组69例,正常妊娠组157例,所有孕妇均进行胎儿大脑中动脉检测,分析其检测价值。结果两组>36周时的PI、RI、S/D水平均低于≤36周(P<0.05),高危妊娠组≤36周、>36周的PI、RI、S/D水平与正常妊娠组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高危妊娠组的PI、RI、S/D水平均低于正常妊娠组(P<0.05)。高危妊娠组中新生儿Apgar评分情况与正常妊娠组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。正常胎儿与重度、轻度窒息患儿的PI、RI、S/D水平相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胎儿大脑中动脉多普勒血流频谱检测可了解胎儿生长状况,评估妊娠结局,为预后提供参考依据。 Objective To study the significance of fetal middle cerebral artery Doppler flow spectrum detection.Methods 226 pregnant women examined in our hospital from May 2017to February 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the results,they were divided into high-risk pregnancy group(69 cases)and normal pregnancy group(157 cases).All pregnant women were tested for fetal middle cerebral artery(MCA),and their detection value was analyzed.Results The levels of PI,RI and S/D at>36 weeks in both groups were lower than those at≤36 weeks(P<0.05).The levels of PI,RI and S/D at≤36 weeks and>36 weeks in high-risk pregnancy group were significantly different from those in normal pregnancy group(P<0.05).The levels of PI,RI and S/D in high-risk pregnancy group were lower than those in normal pregnancy group(P<0.05).The Apgar score of neonates in high-risk pregnancy group was significantly different from that in normal pregnancy group(P<0.05).The PI,RI and S/D levels of normal fetuses were significantly different from those of severe and mild asphyxia children(P<0.05).Conclusion Fetal middle cerebral artery Doppler blood flow spectrum detection has important value.It can effectively understand fetal growth,evaluate pregnancy outcomes,provide a reference basis for prognosis,which is worthy of clinical application.
