数智化背景下高校财会专业人才培养改革研究

The Research on the Reform of the Training of Accounting Professionals in Universities in the Context of Digital Intelligence

随着大数据的发展,财会专业开始向数字化、智能化方向转型,企事业单位更加需要财务和数据分析相融合的中高端人才,而高校财会专业教学存在教学模式传统、教师自身水平不足,学生自主学习意识与实践能力不强等问题。针对这些问题,笔者提出了采用产教融合的办学模式、优化课程建设、加强教师培养等措施,以期促进高校供给与企业需求对接,培养学生的自主学习意识和数智化能力,为教育事业与产业的对接和融合提供建议。

With the development of big data,accounting industry starts to transform to digital and intelligent direction,enterprises and institutions need middle and highend talents who know finance and can analyze data,while the teaching mode of accounting profession is traditional,teachers’level is insufficient,students’independent learning consciousness and practical ability are not strong.In order to promote the docking of university supply and enterprise demand,cultivate students’awareness and ability of digital intelligence,improve students’awareness and ability of independent learning,make the supply of talents meet the demand of talents,and provide suggestions for the docking and integration of education and industry.This paper proposes the measures of adopting the integration of industry and education,optimizing curriculum construction,strengthening teacher training,etc.
