摘要
针对电子变极五相感应电机在实际应用中对控制精度要求越来越高,而基于PI电流控制器存在动态响应慢、超调大等控制精度不高的问题,设计了一种用于电子变极五相感应电机的改进电流预测控制(CPC)电流控制器。首先基于CPC理论设计了电流环控制器,以提高电机的动态响应性。其次为保证该控制器的稳态性能,采用扩张状态观测器(ESO)来改进CPC。最后基于电子变极五相感应电机比较改进的CPC和基于PI电流控制器,仿真结果表明所提算法在同等条件下动态响应速度更快且超调量更小,同时稳态性能和PI电流控制相当。
Aiming at the increasingly higher control accuracy requirement of electronic pole-changing five-phase induction motor in practical application.However,the PI current controller has the problems of slow dynamic response,large overshoot,and low control accuracy.An improved current predictive control(CPC)for five-phase induction motor of electronic pole-changing is designed.Firstly,in order to improve the dynamic response of the motor,the current loop controller was designed based on CPC theory.Secondly,to ensure the stability of the controller,the CPC was improved by extended state observer(ESO).Finally,based on the electronic pole-changing five phase induction motor,the improved CPC and PI current controller were compared.The simulation results show that under the same conditions,the proposed algorithm has faster dynamic response speed and smaller overshoot and the steady-state performance is equivalent to PI current control.
