摘要
通过与试验数据进行比对可知,当基材ABS的弹性模量取1000MPa时,利用CAE解析得到的不同膜厚的ABS电镀件弹性模量与试验结果吻合度可达97%左右。该方法能为ABS电镀件在强度、刚度等校核时提供准确可靠的弹性模量值。
By comparing with the test data,when the elastic modulus of ABS substrate is 1000MPa,the elastic modulus of ABS electroplated parts obtained by CAE method is 97%consistent with the test results.This method can provide accurate and reliable elastic modulus value for ABS electroplating parts when checking strength and stiffness.
