肉桂萃取物对黄瓜枯萎病菌的抑制作用

摘要 为了探讨肉桂提取物对黄瓜枯萎病菌的抑菌活性萃取部位,以石油醚等系列极性溶剂对肉桂的80%乙醇提取物进行萃取,采用生长速率法和悬滴法分别测定了各相萃取物对黄瓜枯萎病菌菌丝生长和孢子萌发的抑制作用,并进行了抑菌活性萃取物的毒力分析。结果表明,石油醚萃取物对黄瓜枯萎病菌抑制作用最强,其对菌丝生长和孢子萌发的抑制中浓度(IC 50)分别为6.05 mg/mL和5.39 mg/mL;其次为正丁醇萃取物,其对菌丝生长和孢子萌发的IC 50分别为19.07 mg/mL和24.83 mg/mL。肉桂石油醚萃取物和正丁醇萃取物均可作为防治黄瓜枯萎病植物源杀菌剂的潜力资源。 In order to explore the antibacterial activity extract part of cinnamon extract against Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cucumerinum(FOC),80%ethanol extract of cinnamon was extracted with a series of polar solvents such as petroleum ether.The growth rate method and the hanging drop method were used to determine the inhibitory effects of the extracts of each phase on the mycelial growth and spore germination of FOC,and the virulence analysis of the antibacterial extracts was carried out.The results showed that the petroleum ether extract had the strongest inhibitory effect on FOC,and its median inhibitory concentrations(IC50)for mycelial growth and spore germination were 6.05 mg/mL and 5.39 mg/mL,respectively.Followed by the n-butanol extract,its IC50 for mycelial growth and spore germination were 19.07 mg/mL and 24.83 mg/mL,respectively.Both cinnamon petroleum ether extract and n-butanol extract can be used as potential resources of plant-derived fungicides for the control of cucumber wilt.
