在事件哲学看来,事件的发生虽然中断了事物的发展,但也昭示着真理的诞生.2020年的疫情事件打断了人们正常生活秩序,而疫情期间谣言四起和网络民粹主义的泛滥更是充分暴露出公民科学素质的缺失.实际上,公民科学素质的缺失折射出的是我们对公民科学素质认识存在偏差以及在此基础上进行的公民科学素质教育存在问题.因此,在后疫情时代,为了提高公民科学素质,就需要我们正确认识公民科学素质,并在强化公民科学素质教育的同时,积极进行公民科学素质教育变革.

In the view of event philosophy,although the occurrence of events interrupts the development of things,it also indicates the birth of truth.The outbreak of the epidemic in 2020 interrupted people's normal life order,while the spread of rumors and the spread of online populism during the epidemic fully exposed the lack of scientific quality of citizens.In fact,the lack of citizen's scientific quality reflects the deviation of our understanding of citizen's scientific quality and the problems of citizen's scientific quality education based on it.Therefore,in order to improve the scientific quality of citizens in the post-epidemic era,it is necessary for us to correctly understand the scientific quality of citizens and actively carry out the reform of scientific quality ed-ucation while strengthening the scientific quality education of citizens.
