摘要
通过应用除湿机控制玉米仓在春季转暖后储藏期内仓房空间湿度,从而消除粮堆表面吸湿、局部水分聚集所引起的结露、点翠等现象。试验结果表明,试验仓使用除湿机后仓内平均湿度较对照仓低11.6个百分点,且未发生结露、发热、霉变等现象。同时,玉米脂肪酸值在春夏季节半年储藏期内几乎未发生变化,在西南高湿度地区起到了较好的保持玉米品质、安全度夏的作用。
This study used a dehumidifier to control the humidity of the corn silo during the storage period after warming in spring,so as to eliminate dew and green spots caused by moisture absorption on the surface of the grain pile and local moisture accumulation.The results showed that the average humidity in the test warehouse is 11.6%lower than that in the contrast warehouse after using the dehumidifier,and no condensation,fever,mildew and other phenomena occuring.At the same time,the fatty acid value of corn almost did not change during the half-year storage period in spring and summer,which played a good role in keeping corn quality and safe in summer in the high humidity area of southwest China.
