摘要
二氧化氯(ClO_(2))作为一种功能高效的氧化剂,广泛应用于食品的防腐保鲜、水体的消毒杀菌以及生纤维制品的漂白等诸多方面。通过不同方法产生的ClO_(2)对呕吐毒素(DON)以及玉米赤霉烯酮(ZEN)降解效果进行初步探究,为ClO_(2)在真菌毒素降解方面的应用提供一定的参考价值和依据。
As a very efficient oxidant,chlorine dioxide(ClO_(2))is widely applied in food preservation,water disinfection and sterilization,fiber products bleaching and other aspects,attracting great attentions.The degradation effects of ClO_(2)produced by different methods(including activation free generation and chemical synthesis),which contribute to different concentration of ClO_(2),on deoxynivalenol and zearalenone were initially explored in this work,providing a certain reference value for the application of ClO_(2)in the degradation of mycotoxins.
