目前,青少年在成长过程中受到了来自互联网各类负面信息的影响,出现了忽视劳动价值、不珍惜劳动成果、不想劳动、不愿劳动的现象,严重阻碍了青少年的身心健康成长。劳动模范和劳模精神充分彰显了劳动价值,承载着中华民族勤劳的传统美德,具有重要的德育价值,是开展劳动教育的重要内容,能够引导青少年树立正确的劳动观念、锤炼道德品质、坚定理想信念。因此,要在教育的过程中坚持目标导向、价值导向和内容导向,使劳模精神在新时代培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人这一过程中发挥积极作用。

At present,young people are affected by all kinds of negative information from the Internet during their growth.There are phenomena of ignoring the value of labor,not cherishing the results of labor,not wanting to work,and unwilling to work,which seriously hinder the physical and mental health of young people.Model workers and their spirit fully demonstrate the value of labor,carry traditional virtues of diligence of the Chinese nation,and have important values in moral education.They are important contents in our labor education and can guide young people to establish correct labor concepts,temper their moral quality,and help them to stand firm in their ideals and convictions.Therefore,we must adhere to the goal orientation,value orientation and content orientation in the education process,so that the spirit of model workers can play an active role in cultivating the new generation who will be responsible for national rejuvenation in the new era.
