To investigate the influence of pro-environmental organizational climate on employee’s green behavior and the role of green organizational identity and green self-efficacy, a multi-step multi-mediating effect model was constructed in this paper.Statistical software such as SPSS22.0 and MPLUS7.4 were used to analyze the collected sample data of 332 employees. The results showed that:(1)Pro-environmental organizational climate had a positive impact on employee’s green behavior, and the main effect was 0.345(p<0.001);(2)Green organizational identity and green self-efficacy separately mediated the relationship between pro-environmental organizational climate and employee’s green behavior, the mediating effect was 0.089 9(95%CI:[0.002 7,0.181 8])、0.219 0(95%CI:[0.135 8,0.316 3]);(3)Green organizational identity and green self-efficacy played a multi-step multi-mediating effect in the relationship between pro-environmental climate and employee’s green behavior, the total mediating effect was 0.213 7(95%CI:[0.110 4,0.320 7]).The research conclusions enriched the antecedent research of employee’s green behavior, which had certain guiding significance for enterprise management practice.
