摘要
为提高采煤机的采煤效率,在EDEM软件中建立滚筒截割模型,利用正交试验法与极差法分析孔径、孔深、孔间距对截割阻力、截割力矩、破煤率、落煤量的影响规律及影响先后次序。以破煤率、落煤量为评价指标,通过矩阵求得最佳钻孔参数匹配及各因素对截割性能的影响先后次序。结果表明:随孔径增加,截割阻力减小,截割力矩、落煤量先减少后增加,破煤率增加;随孔深增加,截割阻力增加,截割力矩、破煤率减小,落煤量先增加后减小;随孔间距增加,截割阻力先减小后增加,截割力矩、落煤量减小,破煤率先增加后减小。3因素对截割阻力、截割力矩的影响先后次序为孔径、孔间距、孔深;3因素对破煤率的影响先后次序为孔深、孔径、孔间距;3因素对落煤量的影响先后次序为孔间距、孔径、孔深;3因素对截割性能的的影响先后次序为孔间距、孔径、孔深。最佳钻孔参数匹配为孔径60 mm、孔深180 mm、孔间距375 mm。
In order to improve the mining coal efficiency of machine, the cutting model of drum was established in EDEM.For the influence regulation and influence sequence of hole aperture, hole depth and hole spacing, cutting resistance, cutting moment, breaking coal rate and falling coal amount were analyzed by orthogonal test method and range method.Breaking coal rate and falling coal amount were taken as evaluation indexes, the best matching parameter of drilling and the influence sequence of three factors on cutting performance were obtained by matrix.The results showed that: With the increase of hole aperture, the cutting resistance was decreased, the cutting torque and falling coal amount were decreased first and then increased, and the breaking coal rate increased;With the increase of hole depth, the cutting resistance increased, the cutting torque and breaking coal rate decreased, and the falling coal amount increased first and then decreased;With the increase of hole spacing, the cutting resistance first decreased and then increased, the cutting torque and falling coal amount decreased, and the breaking coal rate increased and then decreased.The regulation of influence of three factors on cutting resistance and cutting torque was hole diameter, hole spacing and hole depth, the regulation of influence of three factors on breaking coal rate was hole depth, hole diameter and hole spacing, the regulation of influence of three factors on falling coal amount was hole spacing, hole diameter and hole depth, and the influence regulation of the three factors on cutting performance was hole spacing, hole diameter and hole depth.The best matching parameters of drilling were that hole diameter 60 mm, hole depth 180 mm, hole spacing 375 mm.
