基于ADAMS的双齿圈人字行星齿轮传动系统动力学仿真与故障特征分析 被引量:3

摘要 为研究双齿圈人字行星齿轮传动系统的动力学特性和故障机理,探明系统故障、元件支撑刚度与接触力的关联规律,使用SolidWorks建立双齿圈人字行星齿轮系统三维模型。基于ADAMS虚拟样机和赫兹接触理论,考虑摩擦系数,构建系统虚拟样机模型,研究人字行星齿轮传动系统运动学规律、健康或故障两种状态下的接触力频谱特性和考虑构件支撑刚度时的接触力变化规律。在接触力分析的基础上计算系统均载系数,分析系统的均载特性。结果表明:系统在运行过程中,行星轮存在较高的齿频振动,当发生断齿故障时,系统故障特征明显,均载系数呈倍数增大;构件支撑刚度对系统接触力和均载特性均有较大影响,考虑构件支撑刚度时系统的载荷分布更为均匀,很大程度上提高了系统的均载性能。研究结果对于故障诊断、改善系统动力学特性和实现系统的动态设计具有参考价值。 In order to study the dynamic characteristics and failure mechanism of the double-ring herringbone planetary gear transmission system, the correlation law of system failure, component support stiffness and contact force were explored.The three-dimensional model of the double-ring herringbone planetary gear system was established by using SolidWorks.Based on the ADAMS virtual prototype and Hertz contact theory, the friction coefficient was considered, and the system virtual prototype model was constructed.The kinematic law of the herringbone planetary gear transmission system, the contact force spectrum characteristics under two conditions of health and failure, and the contact force change law when considered the support stiffness of the component were studied.Based on the contact force analysis, the system load factor was calculated, and the load characteristics of the system were analyzed.The results showed that, during the operation of the system, the planetary gears had higher tooth frequency vibrations.When a tooth-broken fault occurred, the system had obvious fault characteristics, and the load factor increased by multiples.The support stiffness of the component had a great influence on the contact force and uniform load characteristics of the system.When the support stiffness of the component was considered, the load distribution of the system was more uniform, which greatly improved the uniform load performance of the system.The research results had certain reference value for fault diagnosis research, improvement of system dynamics characteristics and realization of system dynamic design.
