摘要
电力系统的中性点的运行方式,是一个十分复杂的问题。它与电压等级、单相接地短路电流、过电压水平、保护配置等有关,直接影响到绝缘水平、系统供电的可靠性和连续性、通信干扰等很多方面。本文结合某国外项目的实际设计范例,介绍了中性点接地方式的选择的过程和相关接地元件的参数计算。
Neutral grounding operation mode in power system is a very complex issue. It is related to voltage level, single-phase grounding short-circuit current, overvoltage level and protection configuration,and it can directly affect insulation level, reliability and continuity of system power supply, communication interference and many other aspects. Combined with the design case of an overseas project, this paper introduces the selection process of neutral grounding mode and the parameter calculation of related grounding elements.
