摘要 2m^(2)竖炉炉壳由钢板卷制焊接制成,焊接后需进行退火消除焊接应力。通过制定合理的退火工艺、采取有效的防变形措施,竖炉炉壳焊接退火后效果良好,变形量满足要求,产品质量达到了图纸及技术协议要求。 The 2m^(2)Shaft furnace shell is made of steel plate by rolling and welding, and it needs to be annealed after welding for stress relief. By formulating a reasonable annealing process and taking effective anti-deformation measures, the shaft furnace shell shows an excellent performance after welding and annealing, with the deformation living up to the requirements, and the product quality complying with the requirements of the drawings and technical agreement.
