热湿地区自然通风与空调交替运行优化研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文以琼海地区为例,利用EnergyPlus对热湿地区居住建筑不同外围护结构条件下自然通风与空调交替运行模式进行了模拟及优化,给出了不同房间功能,外墙材料及窗墙比下最佳空调启闭条件及自然通风延迟时间,并获得了外墙传热系数与自然通风延迟时间之间的拟合关系,得出了引导当地居民合理使用空调的行为指南,可为热湿地区居住建筑自然通风与空调交替运行提供理论参考。 This study takes Qionghai for example,indoor thermal environment simulation of living room and bedroom under different natural ventilation and air conditioning alternate operation conditions is carried out,the optimal conditions of air conditioning opening and closing are obtained for different external wall material and different window wall ratio.And the fitting relationship between the heat transfer coefficient of exterior wall and the delay time of natural ventilation is obtained.The above research results give the index of mutual switch between natural ventilation and air conditioning in residential buildings in hot and humid areas and get the guideline for local residents to use air conditioners to reduce the energy consumption of air conditioning operation and can be used for natural ventilation and air conditioning of residential buildings in hot and humid areas Operation provides a theoretical reference.
