摘要
本文以提高苹果贮藏质量、延长贮藏期为目的,建立苹果冷藏库通风换气模型,研究通风换气过程中冷风机的启停对库中乙烯气体排除效果及温度稳定性的影响。研究得出冷风机开启与冷风机关闭相比,可将乙烯浓度达到贮藏要求时的通风时长缩短1/3,且库内温度波动满足贮藏要求。因此,通风换气过程中,为了缩短通风时长和提高库温稳定性应当开启冷风机,该研究结果为实际冷库的设计和运行提供指导依据。
In order to improve the storage quality of apples and prolong the storage period,this paper established the ventilation model of the apple cold storage,and studied the influence of the start and stop of the air cooler on the ethylene gas removal effect and temperature stability in the storage during the ventilation.The results showed that compared with the air cooler was turned off,the ventilation time to satisfy ethylene concentration storage requirement can be shortened by 1/3 when the air cooler was turned on,and the temperature fluctuation meet the storage requirement.Therefore,it is recommended that the air cooler should be turned on to shorten the duration of ventilation and improve the stability of the storage temperature during ventilation.The results provide guidance for the design and operation of the actual apple cold storage.
