直接蒸发式过冷水却器热力特性数值模拟分析

摘要 过冷却器的设计是制取冰浆的核心难点,存在换热效率低、易冰堵等问题。本文提出直接蒸发式制取过冷水的思路,并采用仿真手段对过冷水制取过程中的传热过程进行了模拟分析。模拟结果显示,在条件设定合理时,采用直接蒸发最大可获得-1.5℃的过冷水,且制冷剂的质量流量不宜过大,以免过冷度偏大增加管内结冰风险。 The design of the subcooler is the core difficulty of making ice slurry,which has problems such as low heat exchange efficiency and easy ice blocking.This paper proposed the idea of direct evaporation to produce subcooled water.And the heat transfer process in the production of supercooled water was simulated by simulation.Results showed that when the conditions were reasonable,direct evaporation could obtain a maximum of-1.5℃supercooled water.Mass flow of the refrigerant should not be too large,so that the high degree of subcooling increased the risk of icing in the tube.
