摘要
应用Kampmann-Wagner Numerical (KWN)模型模拟计算AA6061铝合金在190℃、210℃和225℃等温时效过程中沉淀相的析出动力学行为,得到沉淀相尺寸分布、数量密度和体积分数的演变规律,准确预测到时效进入粗化阶段时沉淀相粒子尺寸和体积分数变化曲线的拐点。利用不同升温速率下差示扫描量热试验的实测数据并结合等转变量分析方法,获得了沉淀相相对转变量曲线,其与模型计算结果吻合较好。应用析出强化模型,计算等温时效过程中AA6061铝合金屈服强度的变化,并通过与实测的由硬度转换的屈服强度进行比较,验证了计算方法的有效性。
The Kampmann-Wagner Numerical(KWN) model is used to simulate and calculate the precipitation kinetics behavior of AA6061 aluminum alloy during isothermal ageing at 190 ℃, 210 ℃ and 225 ℃. Evolution laws of particle size distribution,particle number density and precipitate volume fraction are obtained. The model can accurately predict the inflection point of particle size and precipitate volume fraction evolution when ageing enters coarsening period. Combined with isoconversional method,experimental result of differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) at different heating rate is used to obtain the precipitation reaction progress curve, which is in good agreement with the calculation result. Yield strength evolution during isothermal ageing is calculated using precipitation strengthening model and the calculation method proposed here is validated by comparing with the yield strength converted from the measured hardness.
