摘要
基于以冷轧基料SPHC/D为代表的低碳低硅钢的成分要求,研究了铁水轻脱硫-转炉高拉碳-RH轻处理“两轻一高”流程的关键生产技术,制定了低碳低硅钢的生产工艺参数,并进行了实际生产。结果表明,相较传统的“铁水-转炉-LF精炼”流程,该流程免去通电升温与钙处理,能精准控制成品碳含量在0.015%~0.030%;通过轻脱硫降低镁粉消耗,RH轻处理缩短精炼时间,减少了过程温降,炼钢铝耗降低约0.8 kg/t钢,实现了低碳低硅高品质钢的低成本生产。
Based on the composition requirements of low-carbon and low silicon steel represented by cold-rolled base material SPHC/D,the key production technology of"hot metal light desulfurization-converter high carbon-RH light treatment"(hereinafter referred to as"two light and one high")process is studied,the production process parameters of low-carbon and low silicon steel are formulated,and the actual production is carried out.The results show that compared with the traditional"hot metal-converter-LF refining"process,this process can eliminate power on heating and calcium treatment,accurately control the carbon content of finished products in 0.015%~0.030%.Through reducing the magnesium powder consumption by light desulfurization,shortening the refining time by RH light treatment,reducing the process temperature dropping,the aluminum consumption in steelmaking is reduced by about 0.8 kg/t steel and realize the low-cost production of low-carbon low silicon high-quality steel.
