控冷返红温度对厚板Q420GJD-Z15组织和力学性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 针对40 mm厚Q420GJD-Z15高建钢屈服强度性能不合的问题,研究了在相同冶炼成分及轧制工艺条件下,控冷返红温度(620℃、640℃和660℃)对钢板组织和力学性能的影响。结果显示,屈服强度合格的最佳控冷返红温度为640℃。工艺调整后,厚板高建钢的屈服强度得到稳定控制,整体性能水平明显提高。 Aiming at the inconsistent yield strength properties of 40 mm thickness high construction steel Q420GJD-Z15,the effects of controlled cooling reddening temperature(620℃,640℃and 660℃)on the microstructure and mechanical properties of steel plate under the same smelting composition and rolling process were studied.The results show that the best controlled cooling reddening temperature with qualified yield strength is 640℃.After process adjustment,the yield strength of thick plate high strength building steel steel is stably controlled and the physical performance level is significantly improved.
