高温退火处理对因瓦合金铸锭热加工性能的影响 被引量:1

EFFECT OF HIGH TEMPERATURE ANNEALING ON HOT WORKABILITY OF INVAR ALLOY INGOT

摘要 采用Gleeble3800热模拟试验机,对因瓦合金在950~1150℃的温度下进行了应变速率为5~40/s的热压缩变形试验,分析了流变曲线的变化,并基于流变数据建立了热变形方程和热加工图。结果表明,高温退火处理对因瓦合金的热加工抗力有一定改善;试验因瓦合金退火处理后的热变形激活能由549.64 kJ/mol降低为463.61 kJ/mol,热加工区域明显提升,最优热加工区域为温度950~1150℃、变形速率5~20/s。 The thermal compression deformation test of invar alloy with strain rate of 5~40/s was carried out at the 950~1150℃temperature by adopting Gleeble 3800 thermal simulation testing machine,the change of rheological curve was analyzed,and the thermal deformation equation and hot working diagram were established based on rheological data.The results show that the hot working resistance of invar alloy is improved by high temperature annealing;the activation energy of hot deformation of invar alloy is reduced from 549.64 kJ/mol to 463.61 kJ/mol after annealing;and the hot working area is significantly improved.The optimal hot working area is 950~1150℃temperature and the deformation rate is 5~20/s.
