摘要
产后抑郁症是一种常见的精神疾病,对患者及其家庭有着长期的负面影响。然而,产后抑郁症的脑神经病理机制仍不清楚。近年来的神经影像学发展极大促进了该疾病的神经病理研究进展。本文系统综述了产后抑郁症脑影像研究的最新成果,发现产后抑郁症患者存在以杏仁核为中心的重要脑区广泛性脑功能连接降低、谷氨酸神经元功能障碍以及HPA轴功能失调。近期研究发现母亲的抑郁状态与母婴关系密切相关,其后代的大脑发育也受到影响。提出母婴关系和HPA轴可能成为产后抑郁症未来的研究热点。
Postpartum depression is a common mental disorder with long-term negative effects on families. However,the neuropathological mechanisms of postpartum depression remain unclear. The development of neuroimaging in recent years has greatly promoted the neuropathological research progress of this disease. This paper systematically reviewed the latest achievements in brain imaging research of postpartum depression. It’s found that patients with postpartum depression had extensive brain functional connectivity reduction in important brain regions centered on amygdala, glutamate neuron dysfunction and HPA axis dysfunction. In recent studies, it has been found that the depressive state of mothers was strongly associated with the mother-infant relationship, and the brain development of their offspring was affected. It is proposed that the mother-infant relationship and the HPA axis may become a future research hotspot for postpartum depression.
