摘要
甲基苯丙胺(Methamphetamine,MA)依赖的问题在全球范围内非常突出,给滥用者本人、家庭以及全社会带了严重的影响,其确切的发病机制仍需进一步研究。本文对近二十年MA依赖的影像学研究进行系统综述。MA滥用者脑功能异常包括代谢物水平异常、脑灌注异常、脑区活动性及功能连接性异常等。结构异常包括灰质、白质完整性异常,脑实质体积减少等。这些改变与MA依赖、MA相关精神病(Methamphetamine-associated Phychosis)及MA戒断症状有密切联系,并且随着戒断时间的延长,其脑结构及功能呈现动态改变。
The problem of methamphetamine(MA) dependence is very prominent on a global scale and has serious adverse effects on abusers themselves, their families and the whole society. The exact pathogenesis of MA dependence needs to be further studied. The abnormalities of brain function in MA abusers included abnormal metabolites, functional connectivity and cerebral perfusion. The structural abnormalities included abnormal integrity of gray matter and white matter, decreased parenchymal volume, etc. The brain structure and function of MA addicts were changed, which were closely related to MA dependence symptoms, MAP and MA withdrawal symptoms, and the brain structure and function showed dynamic changes with the extension of abstinence.
