Reliability and Validity of Chinese Version of the Behavioral Emotion Regulation Questionnaire in Chinese Adolescents

摘要 目的:检验行为情绪调节问卷(Behavioral Emotion Regulation Questionnaire, BERQ)中文版在我国青少年群体中应用的信效度。方法:对2900名初、高中学生施测,选取抑郁焦虑压力量表(DASS-21)进行效标效度检验。结果:量表各条目具有良好的同质性和区分度;探索性因素分析结果支持BERQ具有寻求分心、退缩、主动接近、寻求社会支持和无视5个维度;验证性因素分析结果表明BERQ五因子模型拟合良好,各条目因子载荷在0.59~0.89之间;退缩和无视与DASS-21显著正相关,主动接近与DASS-21显著负相关,寻求分心和寻求社会支持与DASS-21分量表之间也存在显著相关;总量表及各分量表Cronbach’sα系数在0.75~0.84之间,两个月后重测信度在0.45~0.66之间(P<0.001)。结论:中文版BERQ在中国青少年群体中具有良好的信效度,可以作为青少年情绪调节行为策略的测量工具。 Objective: To investigate the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the Behavioral Emotion Regulation Questionnaire(BERQ). Methods: A total of 2,900 junior and senior high school students were selected as the participants. Depression Anxiety Stress Scales-21(DASS-21) was selected as the criterion measurement. Results: All items in its sub-scale had a good homogeneity and discrimination. The results of exploratory factor analysis supported that BERQ had five dimensions including seeking distraction, withdrawal, actively approaching, seeking social support and ignoring.The results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that the fitting index of the five-factor model of BERQ was good. The factor loading of all items were between 0.59 and 0.89. Criterion-related validity analyses indicated that withdrawal and ignoring were significantly positively correlated with DASS-21, actively approaching was significantly negatively correlated with DASS-21, seeking distraction and seeking social support was also significantly correlated with DASS-21 sub-scales. The Cronbach’s α coefficients for the total scale and five sub-scales ranged from 0.75 to 0.84, and the retest reliability after two months ranged from 0.45 to 0.66(P<0.001). Conclusion: The Chinese version of Behavioral Emotion Regulation Questionnaire(BERQ) has acceptable reliability and validity, and can be used to measure the behavioral strategies of Chinese adolescents.
