摘要
目的:探讨个体真实性、正念、自我决定与大学生主观幸福感的关系以及作用机制。方法:采用个体真实性量表、五因素正念量表简明版、自我决定量表、综合幸福问卷对693名大学生进行测查。结果:(1)个体真实性、正念、自我决定、主观幸福感四个变量之间两两呈显著正相关;(2)正念在个体真实性与大学生主观幸福感之间起部分中介作用;(3)自我决定在个体真实性与大学生主观幸福感之间起部分中介作用;(4)正念和自我决定在个体真实性与大学生主观幸福感之间起链式中介作用。结论:个体真实性不仅会直接影响大学生主观幸福感,也会通过正念和自我决定影响大学生主观幸福感。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between authenticity, mindfulness, self-determination and subjective well-being of college students. Methods: A total of 693 college students were tested using the five-factor mindfulness questionnaire-short form, self-determination scale, authenticity questionnaire, and multiple happiness questionnaire. Results:(1) there was a significant positive correlation between authenticity, mindfulness, self-determination, and subjective well-being;(2) mindfulness played a mediating role between authenticity and college students’ subjective well-being;(3)self-determination played a mediating role between authenticity and college students’ subjective well-being;(4) mindfulness and self-determination played a chained mediating role between authenticity and college students’ subjective well-being. Conclusion: Authenticity not only directly affects the subjective well-being of college students, but also affects their subjective well-being through mindfulness and self-determination.
