大学生应对方式与心理健康水平的关系:希望感的中介作用 被引量:19

The Correlation between the Mental Health, Coping Style of College Student: The Intermediary Role of Hope Perception

摘要 目的:研究大学生应对方式及心理健康状况、希望感之间的相互关系。方法:采用《中国大学生心理健康量表》《大学生希望感测评量表》和《简易应对方式量表》,对600名大学生施测。结果:大学生希望感与其心理健康量表得分存在显著负相关(r=-0.432**);大学生希望感与其积极应对方式呈显著正相关(r=0.617**),与其消极应对方式呈显著负相关(r=-0.585**);大学生心理健康量表得分与其积极应对方式呈显著负相关(r=-0.513**),与其消极应对方式呈显著正相关(r=0.438**)。中介效应检验显示大学生心理健康状况不仅直接作用于大学生的应对方式,而且通过希望感间接作用于应对方式。结论:心理健康状况良好的大学生希望感较高,他们更多采取积极的应对方式。大学生心理健康水平直接影响其应对方式,而且通过希望感间接影响其应对方式。 Objective: To investigate the correlation between the mental health, coping style and hope perception of college students. Methods: 600 students from three universities in Shanghai were selected as the subjects. Chinese college students’ mental health scale, college students’ hope perception scale, and college students’ simple coping style scale were used to measure the status of the mental health, coping style and hope perception. Results: Based on Spearman correlation analysis, there was a significant negative correlation between college students’ mental health and their hope perception(r=-0.432), and there was a significant positive correlation between positive coping style and hope perception(r=0.617).There was a significant negative correlation between negative coping style and hope perception(r=-0.585). Positive coping style was significantly negatively correlated with mental health(r=-0.513), and negative coping style was positively correlated with mental health(r=0.438). The mediating effect test showed that the mental health status of college students not only directly affected the coping style of college students, but also indirectly affected the coping style through the hope perception. Conclusion: College students with good mental health have high hope perception, and they often adopt positive coping style simultaneously. The mental health level of college students not only directly affects their coping style, but also indirectly affects their coping style through the hope perception.
