摘要
目的:探讨COVID-19控制期间,自尊和心理弹性在社会支持与大学生焦虑之间的链式中介作用。方法:采用社会支持评定量表、自尊量表、心理弹性量表、焦虑自评量表对2364名大学生进行调查。结果:(1)社会支持与自尊、心理弹性显著正相关,社会支持、自尊、心理弹性与焦虑显著负相关;(2)社会支持负向预测焦虑;(3)自尊和心理弹性在社会支持与焦虑之间起链式中介作用。结论:在COVID-19控制期间,社会支持除了能直接影响大学生焦虑外,还能通过自尊和心理弹性的链式中介作用间接影响大学生焦虑。
Objective: To explore the chain mediating effects of self-esteem and resilience in the relationship between social support and anxiety among university students during COVID-19 control phase. Methods: A sample of 2364 Chinese university students was surveyed using the Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS), the Self-Esteem Scale(SES), the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC) and the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS). Results:(1)Social support, self-esteem and resilience were positively correlated with each other, and anxiety was negatively associated with social support,self-esteem and resilience.(2)Social support had a negative effect on anxiety.(3)Self-esteem and resilience played a chain mediating effect between social support and anxiety. Conclusion: During COVID-19 control phase, social support could directly affect anxiety of university students, and indirectly affect anxiety through the chain mediating roles of self-esteem and resilience.
