论教师情感劳动的自主性及其方式——基于福柯的“自我技术”观点 被引量:3

摘要 霍赫希尔德及其后继者们指出了情感劳动的代价和负面影响,在情感政治学视角下,教师受政治、权力关系的制约,情感劳动中容易伴随被动、无助、消极情绪,教师情感劳动具有的创造性、积极情感体验、自主性易被忽视。此研究通过对福柯权力技术和自我技术观点的梳理,探寻教师情感劳动自主性的动因、表现与方式,证明教师情感劳动中富含能动性和生产性。研究采用福柯的“自我技术”理论,尝试提出教师运用自主性创造积极情感体验的具体措施,在呈现教师情感劳动自主性的同时,丰富其情感劳动方式的多样性和可能性。 Arlie Russell Hochschild and her successors pointed out the cost and negative impact of emotional labor.From the perspective of emotional politics,teachers are constrained by politics and power.Teachers'emotional labor is always full of passive,helpless and negative emotions.The creativity,positive emotional experience and autonomy of teachers'emotional labor are ignored.Through the analysis of Michel Foucault's views on technologies of the power and technologies of the self,this study explores the motivation,performance and mode of teachers'emotional labor autonomy,and proves that teachers'emotional labor is rich in initiative and productivity.Based on Foucault's"technologies of the self"theory,this study attempts to put forward specific measures for teachers to create positive emotional experience by using autonomy,so as to present the autonomy of teachers'emotional labor and enrich the diversity and possibility of their emotional labor modes.
